"In the autumn, before mating season, whitetail bucks are often found in groups," Mr. Agnew comments. "They feed together, polish their antlers and engage in mock sparring matches. As I watched these bucks last fall, I was reminded of a males-only gathering, a 'Boys' Club' of sorts."
