The Story
When Tigger loses his bounce while searching for his gigantic, stripedy family tree, Pooh and his friends dress up like Tiggers to cheer him up. Finally, Christopher Robin and the rest convince Tigger that he already has a family in the friends who love him.

The Artwork
This sericel edition, "Fun to Be a Tigger," was inspired by the 1999 animated feature The Tigger Movie. When Owl suggests Tigger look up his family tree, Tigger begins an amazing journey through the 100 Acre Wood looking for the most gigantic, stripedy family tree around. It's up to Christopher Robin, Pooh Bear, Roo and the rest to convince Tigger that his real family has been with him all along.

Winnie the Pooh was created by A.A. Milne in England and based on his son's name for his Teddy bear, Winnie the Pooh. The characters were immortalized in Milne's books and brought to life by the illustrations of Ernest Shepard.

The Walt Disney Studios has created this character image using the fine art screen-printing process of color reproduction known as serigraphy. Disney artists, working from original animation drawings and film reference materials used for the production of The Tigger Movie specially created a hand-inked, hand-painted animation cel master which was used as a reference in the production of these sericels. A total of 23 colors were then used to recreate the color image, each of which has been exactingly screen-printed, one color at a time, onto the acetate cel.
