  • All layaways require a credit card on file for monthly billing.
  • A down payment of 40%, of the total amount, is required for layaway.
  • 10% of the total amount will be charged monthly to the credit card on file.
  • The minimum monthly payment is $20.00.
  • Monthly statements will be mailed with the credit card receipt.
  • Layaway orders can be paid-in-full and shipped early at clients request.

Framing

  • Frame Selection: Please select a frame by style or color. World Wide Art has thousands of wood frames (no metal or plastic) to choose from. The on-line selection will display the look and feel you are going for.
  • Mat Selection: Mat colors should compliment the art. The top mat should be the same color as the dominant or overall color of the image. The subsequent mats should be the accent colors that appear in the image. The frame, matting and image should pleasantly blend together.
  • Glazing Selection: Conservation Framing and Deluxe Conservation Framing use UV Conservation Grade Glass. Museum Framing uses Museum Reflection Control (non-glare) glass.
  • International: World Wide Art is only able to ship custom framed art in the U.S. and Canada.

Terms and Conditions

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all cancelled or returned orders.
  • All orders receiving free shipping will be charged a $20.00 shipping, handling, insurance and box fee if cancelled or returned.
  • No refund on shipping, handling, insurance and box charges (when applicable).
  • Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery in the US and Canada. Slightly longer for International orders.
  • Sorry, but Jim Shore and Robert Olszewski items are not shipped Internationally.
  • All damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Personal checks will be held for a minimum of 15 business days to verify funds.
  • No International Checks will be accepted; All International order must be paid by credit card.
  • Credit Cards are charged when the items in the order are verified as available.
  • No returns on custom framed art.
  • No returns or damages will be accepted after 30 days.
